Abstract
The article is devoted to the current issue of studying peculiarities of self-identity in terms of professional establishment depending on work experience. As a result of the research conducted in the group of pedagogues of preschool educational facilities with various work experience, it was determined that there are the following features of self-identity: pedagogues of preschool educational facilities with work experience of less than 10 years are selfcritical and more focused on other people's view in their work, while pedagogues of preschool educational facilities with long work experience are more self-accepting.
