Abstract

Introduction. One of the priority tasks of improving the system of postgraduate education is to create conditions for the self-realization and development of teachers. Professional-pedagogical self-actualization of the postgraduate teachers facilitates the use of information and communication technologies in the educational process. Purpose. The research results of the potential use opportunities for information and communication technologies for the professional-pedagogical self-realization of the postgraduate teachers are presented. Results. The implementation of one of the organizational and pedagogical conditions of vocational and pedagogical self-realization of the postgraduate teachers by means of ICT is considered. We have identified pedagogically expedient use of information and communication technologies. It is noted that information and communication technologies are a powerful tool in the educational process of the postgraduate education system. The analysis of the functioning of virtual educational communities in institutions of postgraduate education, which reflect the idea of teachers' professional and pedagogical self-realization. An analysis of sites of institutes of postgraduate education on the research problem is carried out. Originality. The author's online educational club «Pedagogical Exclusive» was developed. The purpose of the Club is to help and provide teachers with self-realization at the professional and pedagogical levels, revealing the creative and personal potential of the scientist. Content of the pages and sections of the Club. Created author's virtual pedagogical workshop «Innovative search» for of the postgraduate teachers was created. The purpose of the pedagogical workshop was to educate teachers not only to highlight their own professional and pedagogical experience in the field of psychological and pedagogical sciences, the presentation of a personal model of professional formation and their own scientific achievements, but also to popularize the effectiveness of vocational and pedagogical self-realization in methodological, scientific and innovative activities, the implementation of interaction between all participants in the educational process and feedback between them, as well as providing individual and group independent work. Conclusion. The use of potential opportunities for ICT space should provide the basis for the professional-pedagogical self-realization of the postgraduate pedagogical teachers. Prospects for further research are the study of the information and communication competence of the academic community and the level of teachers' readiness to use ICT in their professional activities.
