PREPARATION OF FUTURE EDUCATORS FOR WORKING WITHPERENTS OF PRESCHOOL CHILDREN IN THE CONDITIONS OF HIGHER EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS

Abstract
Introduction. The article deals with the peculiarities of preparing future educators for work with parents of children of the senior preschool age. Purpose. The purpose of our scientific research is to study the state of preparation of future educators for work with parents of children of senior preschool age in the educational process of higher educational institutions. Methods. We have used such research methods as analysis, synthesis, comparison, systematization and generalization of the content aspects and pedagogical tools of the process of preparing future educators of pre-school educational institutions for work with parents of children of the senior preschool age in the conditions of higher educational institutions in order to achieve the goal. Results. We are characterized by the content aspects of its theoretical and practical components, the main attention is focused on the analysis of study discipline “Theory and methodology of cooperation of preschool educational institutions with families”. It is emphasis is on the need to deepen the content of the teaching material and to diversify the pedagogical tools during its teaching: at lectures (lectures-conversations, problem lectures, discussions lectures, lectures on the analysis of specific situations), seminars (simulation of forms of work with parents of children of senior preschool age , analysis of pedagogical situations, educational-pedagogical games (business, role-playing), developmental-stimulating exercises, disputes). Originality. The expediency of strengthening the independent creative activity of future specialists in preschool education during the study of the academic discipline “Theory and methods of cooperation of preschool educational institutions with families” is proved. The independent practical tasks should not only specify the problems raised, but also direct students to independent searches of sources and means of study it is argued. After all, the system of independent tasks is the basis for the development of students' creativity, orienting them to the practical application of the acquired knowledge, skills and abilities in working with parents, promotes self-development and self-organization of future preschool teachers. The effectiveness of students' implementation of a series of research tasks during the pedagogical practice is shown in ensuring their proper acquisition of knowledge, skills and abilities in dealing with parents of students, activating initiative. Conclusion. It is substantiated that the combination of theoretical studies in higher educational establishments with pedagogical practice provides the formation of the professional readiness of future educators to work with parents of preschool children in such conditions: development of positive motivation concerning the actual problems of the family, in which a child of the senior preschool age is brought up; the formation and development of skills to independently analyze their own professional and personal qualities; to model the future professional activity; professional orientation of content of educational disciplines taking into account peculiarities of work with parents of senior preschool children.
