Abstract
The article examines the poetry of V. Pidpaly with G. Skpovoroda’s phylosofy and motifs. The poetry had been analyzed and the explanation of poetry can give better understanding of the spiritual decline of Ukraine, its tragic fortune. V. Pidpaly’s poetry is marked with the motifs of national life and imbued with unspeakable love for his native land
