Abstract
Theoretical framework are discussed from the point of philosophical, psychological and pedagogical view that the current professional development of teachers of Higher Medical Education of the University of Medical Sciences Guantanamo and its contribution is a learning strategy that will contribute to builds improvement plan professional development of teachers of higher medical Education in Social Studies discipline of Science and Technology also responds to trends in academic postgraduate training in higher medical education and can raise the training of professionals the health sector to deal more preparation exercise Social Problems of Science and Technology in the transit of teaching category. The effectiveness of the learning strategy was validated by expert criteria and category of users achieving very acceptable in both cases, confirming the validity of their implementation.
