THE MANAGEMENT OF PATIENTS WITH ACUTE LEUKEMIAS DURING PREGNANCY

Abstract
The article comprises an eight-year experience of the research
institute of Hematology and Blood transfusion of the Republic of Uzbekistan on treatment of 18 pregnant patients with various form of acute leukemia. Seven out of 18 patients in the third trimester of pregnancy with viable fetus received chemotherapy and after achievement of remission or hematologic stabilization gave birth of healthy kids. Five out of 18 patients in the second trimester of pregnancy initially having a hypotrophy of fetus due begun chemotherapy happened antenatal death of fetus. Two out of 18 patients in first trimester of pregnancy were aborted and they continued of cytostatic treatment. Three out of 18 patients in various date of pregnancy were died in period of induction chemotherapy due to hard acute leukemia's complications.
