SEPARAÇÃO DAS TEORIAS CRÍTICA CONTEMPORÂNEAS DO MATERIALISMO DIALÉTICO: AS NÃO-IMPLICAÇÕES NO PROCESSO DE DESCONSTRUÇÃO DO ESTADO DEMOCRÁTICO DE DIREITO BRASILEIRO

The article intends to analyze contemporary critical theories separated from the dialectical materialism and the consequences of this separation for the force of this criticism to aid in the containment or reversal of the ample dismantling of the fragile and incipient Brazilian Democratic State of Law, established in 1988, but constantly under the influx of construction and deconstruction movements. Finally, it is a conflict between theory and praxis, which finds an ancient illustration in the Platonic myth of the cave, and more specifically to this article's theme, the relation and differences between the dialectical materialism based theory and all other theories.
