Abstract
Basing on the analysis of the current and future legislation of the Donetsk People's Republic, as well as the features of the business entities’ status, the expediency of applying the norms of the Economic Code of Ukraine, providing a clear definition of the set of rights and obligations of these entities, in the territory of the Republic has been proved.
