Abstract
The article investigated the legal status of the applicant in patent law, highlighted the peculiarities of the legal regulation of relations between applicants of various industrial property objects, presented the classification of the types of relations between applicants in patent law, suggested the provisions on contractual settlement of legal relations of co-applicants.
