Abstract
The experience of counteraction to raiding of economically developed countries of the world, the possibility of its transformation in the Ukrainian economy are analyzed in the article, the tools of fight against raiding are defined. Conducted theoretical research of world experience of fight against raiding and the generalizations prove the value of the experience of counteraction to raiding, but also give the chance of development of own Ukrainian model of counteraction.
