Abstract
This article focuses on the agricultural land use and management on ecological-landscape basis.
Creating environmentally sustainable cultivated lands, establishing the balance of agricultural lands, environmentally and economically effective organization of lands and crop rotation facilitate the improvement of land quality, the increase of soil capabilities, the stabilization of natural management. Within the southwestern part of Zejsko-Bureinskoj Plain of the Amur Oblast the works on allocating the agro-ecological land classifications were carried out, according to the determining agro-ecological factors (moisture reliability, erosion, waterlogging, salinization, etc.) the direction of agricultural use was defined. The land scheme is the basis of the proposed classification that was elaborated by Kiryushin V.I. Only based on comprehensive consideration of the totality of environmental factors the opportunity is created for receiving reliable information of land quality, the most reasonable use of this component, and ways of achieving the maximum efficiency of land, taking into account the requirements of environmental protection.
