Abstract
The article offers a complex method of evaluating the effectiveness of innovation activity of transport enterprises based on the formed stimulation and modernisation approach, that includes a list of criteria of innovation effectiveness, groups of analytical indicators, methodical approaches to evaluating the innovation activity of transport enterprises.
