CONSTITUTIONAL GUARANTEES OF FREEDOM OF SPEECH IN UKRAINE

The article examines the problems associated with the observance of freedom of speech in Ukraine, the relations arising in the implementation of the citizens of their constitutional rights at the present stage of development of Ukrainian statehood. The constitutional guarantees of the observance of the freedom of speech are analyzed, with concrete examples showing the problems that exist in the state today and which impede the realization of the above freedom.
