Abstract
The article is devoted to the corralation of crime detection activity and criminal proce?dural activity. Through the prism of scientific knowledge growth the author points out the need for breaking the existing paradigm and the introduction of the results of crime detection activity to the criminal procedure as evidence. The author proposes to use the term ?interpretation? to indicate the transformation of the results of crime detection activity into evidence.
