On the relevance of the use of "smart house" systems

This article addresses the issue of the relevance of the use of "smart house" systems in Russian realities. A review of smart systems and their main problems faced by engineers and designers during implementation is conducted. Despite the presence of a huge number of various kinds of problems and unresolved issues, the systems of "smart house" can save up to 30% on operation.
