Abstract

Pediatric pathologic femoral neck fractures are uncommon. Aneurysmal bone cyst with primary fracture neck of femur is rare. Due to rarity we are reporting a pathological fracture of femoral neck due to Aneurysmal bone cyst in an eleven year old girl, who was treated with curettage, iliac crest bone grafting and limited internal fixation.
