Outpatient care is the most widespread type of medical care that provides primary, qualified and spe- cialized medical care to the population. The main goal of both the healthcare system as a whole and its individu- al structural elements (up to a particular medical worker) is to provide quality medical care aimed at achieving the best possible indicators of public health and a high level of public satisfaction. The study showed that, de- spite the existing objective difficulties, patients in clinics treat them with sufficient understanding and most of them are satisfied with the quality of medical care
