Innovative approach in the theory of the economy offshorization

The article reveals the relationship between the modern development of the economy offshore process and its theoretical and methodological understanding in economic theory. The necessity of changing the traditional instrumental approaches to a new theoretical design, which describes the offshore component in the modern global economy, has been substantiated. The rationale and author's definition of the category «offset economy» has been suggested.
