Abstract
The article explores the formation of a communication strategy for institutions of additional professional education (APE); a model of an organizational mechanism of a communication strategy for image creation of a APE institution has been suggested and the stages of its implementation have been described; a matrix of creative idea in developing a communication strategy for an APE institution, as well as site maps and maps of mobile application of APE institution has been developed.
