Evaluating the competitive environment of construction complex of the northern region

The article considers the entrepreneurial activity of construction companies of the Republic of Komi on the basis of estimates given by their managers. The financial condition as well as the constraints for business activity in construction has been assessed. Significant problems that limit the competitiveness of construction organizations have been identified. The proposals on improving the conditions of activity of the construction complex organizations of the Republic of Komi have been suggested.
