PESCO AS PROCESS OF CLOSER COOPERATION IN SECURITY AND DEFENSE

The scientific article is devoted to the problem of becoming PESCO - a newly formed association of the European Union. The article looks at the history of PESCO, including each stage of its creation, as well as its implementation at the present stage. The main reasons for the foundation, the main advantages and disadvantages of PESCO are investigated.
