Project work as a promising component in educational process

Abstract
The article considers project work as a promising component of the educational process. The theoretical bases of designing pedagogical process are analyzed. It is emphasized that the specific activities of future teachers are educational, creative (project, constructive-design activity, etc.), practical, extracurricular activities, etc. The emphasis is on the project work of future teachers. The main purpose of projecting is characterized, which is to create a technology that ensures development of participants in educational process and makes it optimal and effective. It is noted that pedagogical projecting consists of the following stages: creating a normative model of teaching; forming a normative model of teaching one of the subjects; reproducing the project of a training course; describing the course; creating the final project. The effectiveness of educational process, the quality of knowledge, the level of motivation and the level of cognitive activity of students depend on constructing a project of pedagogical system. It is noted that a project should be subordinate to real needs, interests and opportunities of students. Creating a project from beginning to end involves different activities of higher education – planning, hypothesis defense, modeling, searching and selecting educational materials, choosing forms and means of presenting the final result of the project, implementating the project. It is substantiated that projecting is a process of rational cognition of the world, a process of discoveries that influence the development of a person's intellect. The teacher creates the system of project and research activities of students, thus making them active creators, not passive students. It is concluded that project experience is an internal result, which in the future will turn into competencies and values
