Implementation of the Swedish experience on the formation of adolescents’ readiness for environmental activities in out-of-school education in Ukraine

Abstract
The article is devoted to the formulation of recommendations for the implementation of the experience of non-formal education in Sweden on the problem of forming adolescents' readiness for environmental activities in out-of-school education in Ukraine. It is determined that in non-formal education in Sweden, considerable attention is paid to the formation of students' readiness for environmental activities. The key problems that exist in out-of-school education in Ukraine and hinder its development at the European level through certain socio-political processes are noted. The positive and priority directions of the development of non-formal education in Sweden for the formation of students with a secondary degree of education readiness for environmental activities were presented and substantiated. It was determined that the leading factor in the development of the innovative component of education in Sweden is close cooperation between the public, private, educational and industrial sectors, the creation of joint projects between educational institutions and enterprises. It was found that public organizations in Sweden are actively involved in the process of optimization of out-of-school education and the formation of students with a secondary degree of education readiness for environmental activities. It was found out that the measures to improve the organizational and pedagogical conditions for the formation readiness of adolescents' for environmental activities in extracurricular education in Ukraine based on the experience of Sweden include: to reform the system of out-of-school education, in particular decentralization of the educational system and improvement of the Law of Ukraine «On Out-of-School Education»; to involve in the issue of forming students' readiness for environmental activities of the private sector; to retrain of teaching staff, in particular practice-oriented training of future teachers, to master interactive information technologies in their activities; to improve scientific and methodological support for the formation of students' readiness for environmental activities; financing of projects on formation of readiness for ecological activity by the private sector; to exchange of experience between teachers, parents and teachers on the formation of students' readiness for environmental activities; using the latest technologies, such as: School of Nature, Forest School.
