Bayes belief network for better project management based on the example of national project «Ecology»

The article suggests using Bayesian confidence networks for dynamic analysis of project execution. The a priori constructed Bayesian labeled network corresponding to the project network schedule is sequentially modified after the execution of a specific stage / step of the project. This allows you to dynamically specify the priorities of subtasks, and accordingly, optimize the distribution of resources. The proposed approach is demonstrated by an example implemented in basic look in EXCEL.
