PECULIARITIES OF THE ADMINISTRATIVE RESPONSIBILITY OF MILITARY SERVANTS

The characteristic features of the administrative responsibility of servicemen have been studied and it has been concluded that they can be both special and special subjects of responsibility. Special attention is paid to the criteria for distinguishing between administrative and disciplinary responsibility of servicemen. The Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offenses is analyzed and the circumstances of its addition to Chapter 13-B, which contains the components of military administrative offenses, are determined. It has been clarified what administrative penalties can be imposed on servicemen. The categories of servicemen who may be subject to liability for administrative corruption offenses are named.
