Abstract
In this paper, we will discuss how taking a location/country-specific strategy will help aspiring startups or established organizations achieve an all-in-one approach to hitting their business goals. As an example, we will look at India, the 2nd largest population, and the 5th largest economy in the world. We will see how India has responded to the growing smartphone industry demands, study the market trends, and other factors that have positioned India as the 2nd largest smartphone market, surpassing the United States. We will make an analysis of the Indian smartphone market. Move ahead with understanding the Indian consumer behavior and understand it better with a case study. Finally we will conclude with giving out the results of the research paper
