Abstract
The results of treatment of 157 patients with various forms of diabetic foot are presented. Application of emulsion of perftoran for patients with neuroischemic form of diabetic foot allows to influence effectively dynamics of wound process, providing more effective healing of wounds. Clinically significant difference of course of wound process at neuropathic and neuroosteoarthropical form of diabetic foot between the studied group and the group receiving standard therapy wasn't received.
