Abstract
In the article, the technology of development of emotional self-regulation of young people in the process of studying at university is grounded. The described technology of emotional self-regulation at a young age is considered in the interrelation of all key spheres of personality: motivational and requirement (hierarchy of personality needs, prevailing motivation for success or avoidance of failure), value-emotional (value system and dominant emotions), cognitive (reflection and self-analysis of emotions), regulatory-behavioral (volitional processes and system of emotional response) and emotional-character character (emotional characteristics of the personality that promote or impede emotional self-regulation). The algorithm of educational and corrective measures aimed at the development of emotional self-regulation in young people - university students in terms of learning and independent activity is proposed. The first stage in the implementation of this technology is a series of educational and corrective actions, the purpose of which is to master the techniques of emotional self-regulation by young people for their independent use. The second stage is the direct daily work of the youth and the recording of the results of using the techniques of emotional self-regulation. The third stage is meetings with project participants to monitor the efficiency and regular performance of tasks. The fourth stage involves educational activities involving experts, which will contribute to the formation of the motivational component of emotional self-regulation. The fifth stage is a psychological lecture for university teachers on the peculiarities of the emotional sphere of adolescents, the purpose of which is to provide timely social and psychological support. Finally, the final sixth stage remains peer-to-peer educational activities undertaken by project participants for peers and undergraduate students to actualize knowledge and reinforce the practical skills of emotional self-regulation.
