Psychological features of formation of freshmen life prospects

Abstract
The problem of planning the future is especially relevant for the individual during student years. During this period a person is responsible not only for the formation of own semantic definition, but also for its implementation. The process of competent vocational training in higher education institutions should form "soft skills". Values activate the cognitive, professional and personal activity of the individual, which is the basis of "soft skills". Therefore, the decisive process in the development of the personality of a specialist getting specialty is the process of forming the system of values. The problem of the formation of value orientations as a meaningful basis of life perspective in adolescence has been considered by many researchers. There is not enough information in the psychological literature about the influence of the educational-professional process at the university on the formation of the system of life values. The purpose of the study is to empirically study the psychological development of value features by students. To solve the objectives there have been used: psycho-diagnostic methods; methods of mathematical statistics. The statistical analysis of the empirical data highlighted the relationships, trends and psychological characteristics of students' values. Correlation analysis made it possible to identify and analyze components of students' values and their determination by personal characteristics: anxiety, reflexivity, self-esteem. The interdependence of anxiety, reflexivity, self-esteem and value orientations in adolescence, which have some influence on the reconciliation of life prospects of the young have been proved. We have diagnosed negative relations between: life wisdom and love; material support and creativity; upbringing and breadth of views. Factor analysis has identified names and interpreted the factors in the development of students' value sphere. Statistical analysis confirms that these factors are the most stable and equivocal. The prospect of further research is the development and validation of a correction program that will focus on the specific factors that determine the development of the entire system of students' values regarding their life prospects.
