Methodological support of realization of objectives of permanent development in professional training of ecologists

Abstract
The article is devoted to the issues of professional formation of future ecologists. Attention is emphasized on the necessity of the experts of active, mobile, responsible promotion and realization of the ecological imperative of rational nature, preservation of biodiversity, harmonization of relations in the system "Human-society-nature". The possibilities of educational process of professional training of environmentalists with regard to mastering experience of information-methodical direction as such that will allow to realistically, effectively, competently solve problematic tasks of future profession are allocated. Ukraine's entry into the educational European Space provides for a transition to a pragmatic approach to perception of competences by subjects of the educational process. Strengthening effective forms of pedagogical support the formation of a specialist indicates the importance of methodical instruments as the basis of qualitative professional training, including the ecologist. The use of traditional forms of work requires procedural changes, additions given the modernization of the concept of society. The experience of methodical work of the Department of Ecology of the M. P. Drahomanov National Pedagogical University on optimization of professional training of ecologists in the context of present social queries is presented. It is advisable to determine the cooperation of institutions of traditional forms of specialist and social groups, public subordination institutions. The theoretical achievements of students are supplemented by opportunites to familiarize with the procedure of implementation of IDEA, program, project etc. Difficulties and barriers to solution of problems form personal professional experience, optimize the necessity of communication skills of communication and behavior tolerance in the teamwork of the community.
