Abstract
In the article the role and place of production practices in professional training for Ukrainian railways in 20-60 y.y. XXcen is presented. Organization of workshops and during practical training in secondary schools Ministry of Railways gradually (the second half of the twentieth century) become systemic, creating favorable conditions for the development of the theory and practice of industrial training. Its main features were a clear definition of the qualifications and requirements to practice, details of the implementation of each operation (an algorithm of operations), consistent mastering the skills of each professional action, preparation for application of acquired skills in the real world future careers. The role and place of production practices in the content of professional training for mid-level Ministry of Railways. Found out the forms and methods of industrial training. Showing organizational work in the workshops and in the course of practical training in secondary schools of the Ministry of Railways, determining the qualifications and requirements to practice, detailing the implementation of each operation (an algorithm of operations), consistent mastering the skills of each professional action, preparation for application of acquired skills in actual future careers. It is shown how, within the transport sector development and training of its personnel system transformation took place in the systems of industrial training (subject, operating room, operation-subject, flail, operationally complex, etc.). Particular attention in the system of industrial training provided practice, organization and conduct which took care of the Ministry of Railways, Railway and direct educational institutions. Improving the process of practical training, coordination of tasks and requirements of production created conditions for training employees and workers of mass professions transport.
