Pedagogic modeling in terms of quasi professional activity

Abstract
The article justifies a role of pedagogical simulation in conditions of quasi-professional activity of future specialists. Simulation of pedagogical situations at Universities enables future teacher-musicians to analyze what have been learned, to realize the consistency and feasibility of professional action, to use pedagogical theory for solution of educational tasks. Method of simulation of pedagogical situations establishes settings, values, orientations of future teacher-musicians, enables to ascertain in one's professional abilities and to improve them. The aim and main tasks of quasi-professional trainings that promote formation of skills to choose effective models of behavior in pedagogically modeled situations and facilitates realization of theoretical knowledge on practice are disclosed. Training promotes the intensity of studying the result of which is reached with the help of active student's work. Knowledge are not provided in finished form, they become a product of future specialist's activism. The focus is made on the role of gaming technology in quasi-professional activity of future teacher-musicians. Educational and teaching, businesslike and role-playing games as types of gaming technology, during which future teacher-musicians acquire professional, intellectual, emotional and willed qualities are considered. Solving educational and teaching problems and psycho-pedagogical situations during training and educational games, the foundations of pedagogical skills of future specialists are formed. Thus, teachers of educational institutions should systematically apply it in educational process, consistently promoting formation if pedagogical culture of future teacher-musicians.
