Research of modern methods of motivation for the formation of motivational programs in the organization

Labor motivation is understood as the organization of the company's work in such a way that everyone tries to fulfill their professional duties in the best possible way. In this article, I decided to analyze modern, modernized methods of employee motivation, since despite the existence of already developed and proven employee motivation schemes, many managers face some difficulties. A modern boss needs to competently approach the issue of incentivizing subordinates in order to achieve high indicators of the organization's functioning. The system of motivation should satisfy the basic needs of the team and be easily modernized in response to changing conditions.
