EDUCATIONAL COMPONENT «SPEECH CULTURE OF FUTURE BACHELORS OF VOCATIONAL EDUCATION IN DOCUMENTATION» IN THE FORMING OF COMMUNICATIVE COMPETENCE

A fundamental factor in the development and forming of vocational education in Ukraine is personnel policy, the content of which is based on professional competencies and program learning outcomes of higher education, their quality practical training. Among the formed competencies the leading role belongs to the communicative one, which is acquired in the process of purposeful communication, interpersonal interaction and during work with professional document circulation. Speech culture is a measure of mastering communicative competence, and future bachelors in documentation in particular. It is not about mastering the language of the profession as a set of rules, but above the Ukrainian language as a means of cultural coexistence in society, a means of self-formation and self-expression of each individual, the basis for the consolidation of the vocational education community, and the Ukrainian nation as a whole.
