Leadership skills, most actively formed during the school years, are among the most demanded in the labor market. The preparation of teachers for the implementation of this process is becoming more and more relevant and most fully contributes to the formation of the student's positive social and cognitive needs, stimulates the individual's self-creation. To actualize the need for the formation of leadership skills of students of general secondary educational institutions and to present the experience of teacher training for the implementation of this task within the program Leader in Me.
