Abstract
The article is devoted to the determination of an integral evaluation of the efficiency of labor activity stimulation of the teaching staff of universities in Donetsk on the basis of the diagnostic method «Motivation» by A. Litvinyuk. Based on the resume of the analysis of theresults obtained a characteristic of the labor behavior of teachers is given and recommendations for improving motivation and stimulation of labor activity are proposed.
