Abstract
Widespread introduction into production of a huge number of various modifications of electrical machines and units, electronic and microelectronic equipment, measuring instruments, electrical devices, automation devices that ensure reliable operation of vehicles and safety of their users, strengthened the quality requirements of electrical training of technicians. As part of an experimental study on the building professional competence of future electrical technicians in agricultural colleges, it is necessary to determine the pedagogical conditions that will contribute to this process, and thus ensure its effectiveness. The purpose of the article is to determine a set of pedagogical conditions for the building professional competence of future electrical technicians in agricultural colleges. As a result of the study, the pedagogical conditions for the building future professional competence of electrical technicians in agricultural colleges were formulated and substantiated: selection and structuring of the content of working curricula of disciplines in accordance with the learning outcomes declared in educational standards; purposeful development of critical thinking of students, the ability of future electricians to creatively solve problems in the calculation, design and operation of electrical equipment; introduction of a system of forms of organization of education, in which pedagogically expediently combines information-reproductive and problem-searching models of pedagogical interaction; the dominance of contextual learning technologies, simulation modeling in the training of electricians; objective assessment of the quality of training of electricians at all stages of mastering the educational and professional program.
