The importance of organisational performance has always been a matter of concern for the organisations. There is a strong need for stake holders to understand what factors can directly impact OP. Various studies have found a relationship between knowledge management and OP. This study deals with the same aspect but at dimensional level. The VUCA world expects organisations to stay competitive. This correlation, if found valid can offer competitive advantage to the organisations in the long run. Consequently, the efforts of the organisation can also be channelized in the right way.
