Abstract
Paper aims to identify E-learning practices in India The present study identify the key factors that affect the adaptation of e-learning in India. Based on the various literature present paper focuses on factors that act as an enabler or hindrance in literature review, the wider purpose of the present paper is find out the factors that act as enablers in proclaiming e-learning practices in India. The study focuses on 385 respondents of higher education from different universities taking classes online. The study used single cross sectional research design to collect data. The convenience sampling method was applied to choose responders. This study will help colleges /universities and government in enhancing e-learning practice
