1932 ve 1933 Yıllarında Çıkarılan Deniz Nakliyatı Kanunları

The legal development on sea transport, which made lawful in 1932 and modified in 1933, is the main subject of this article. The reflections of this process on bureaucracy and private capital will be discussed in order to understand its influence on Turkish economy which was effected by the 1929 economic crisis. Consequently it can be said that, the 1932 and 1933 laws that dealt with the sea transport, although brought the state to an active position as a result of the etatism, their effects differed for the position of the private capital.
