Journal: Vestnik of Institute of Economic Research (Vol.26, No. 2)Publication Date: 2022-06-01
Abstract
The article deals with the historical and doctrinal interaction of liberal and social elements of the development of the procedural form. The author believes that it is not entirely correct to consider the liberal and social models as competing types of individual legal regulation; it is more correct to speak of the historical dominance of liberal or social traits, the tendencies of their strengthening or weakening, and, more recently, of integration.
