Abstract

The article considers the current state, existing problems, features and prospects of implementing a gender approach in the education sector of Ukraine. The content of the concepts of gender, gender equality, gender approach and gender-oriented budgeting is characterized and revealed. The main directions of gender socialization of youth through the development of partnerships between education authorities, educational institutions, civil society organizations in the current context of education reform in Ukraine based on European experience and the creation of appropriate management mechanisms for their implementation. Relevant issues of formation of national educational policy on gender equality and gender approach in inclusive education, creation of appropriate preconditions in educational institutions, which would give everyone the opportunity to be realized regardless of gender and health, physical, mental, mental development, taking into account individual needs, opportunities, abilities and interests in the conditions of inclusive education as a component of modernization of national education, development of the New Ukrainian school. The peculiarities of the organization of the educational process in educational institutions in the conditions of inclusive education are summarized, the general characteristics and the content of the concepts of integration and inclusion in education as the most modern forms of education for people with special educational needs, mental and physical disabilities are identified. prospects for the organization of inclusive education, rehabilitation and creation of inclusive jobs and employment of persons with disabilities. Undoubtedly, an important component of the educational process is labor training and vocational guidance, the formation of professional choices taking into account the capabilities of people with special educational needs, mental and physical disabilities and disabilities. Therefore, the vocational guidance of girls and boys with special educational needs in primary school and the formation of professionally important qualities in them is extremely important. Accordingly, one of the forms of social adaptation and then partial rehabilitation is inclusive education using procedures related to work, to form in girls and boys with special educational needs knowledge, skills and abilities that in a normal socio-cultural situation allow them to compensate for the defect of labor training. At the same time, management of innovative development of interconnected market of educational services, labor and employment of the population of Ukraine in the conditions of transformational changes is carried out taking into account the current socio-economic state of Ukraine and provides inclusive labor market, its adaptation to demographic changes knowledge, skills, abilities, ways of thinking, views, values, other personal qualities that determine a person's ability to successfully socialize, conduct professional and / or further educational activities, based on modern educational technologies and public demand for training, retraining as employees, and future professionals from different walks of life in different fields of activity. It is emphasized that the processes of inclusion of people with special needs in educational institutions will be further developed in Ukraine under the condition of forming an effective system of providing educational services to people with special educational needs at all levels of education, changing society's attitude to this category and financial support of inclusive education, introduction of gender-oriented budgeting of inclusive education in the budgetary educational process and the need for their legal support to achieve gender equality in Ukraine, implementation of the necessary professional training of teachers and staff, conducting their mass retraining and advanced training
