Digital management in project management using business models: S.M.A.R.T. AND «ATOMM»

The article examines information technology models as an element of improving the effectiveness of project management. The inclusion of elements of digital management in the traditional process of project management has changed the principles of personnel interaction, the time of execution of work stages, the preparation of documentation and the mechanism of communication between executors, since most of the operations that were previously performed manually are now transferred to the digital environment, and even the attachment of the employee to the workplace ceased to be mandatory. It has been established that the transition to digital management makes the process of project management more mobile and more efficient, however, most business representatives, including Ukraine, show an unwillingness and inability to ensure this process. It is determined that management principles are adapted to the digital era, combining with the emergent properties of enterprises and associations as economic systems. It is specified that an effective tool in digital conditions for the development of new generation information technology and digitalization in project management is the use of S.M.A.R.T. business models. management. The current trends in the development strategy of new generation information technology and digitization in project management using business models: S.M.A.R.T. management and «ATOMM». It has been proven that modern business models S.M.A.R.T. of management is increasingly considered as the basis of intelligent management of the development of new generation information technology and digitalization in project management. Conceptually, it is proposed to present the project management methodology in the digital environment in the form of the «ATOMM» model (Area of knowledge, Technology, Organization, Models, Methods). The conceptual model of the interrelationship of the processes of management, execution, management in digital project management is substantiated. It has been proven that the conceptual model «ATOMM» will allow to ensure the integration of organizational and technical systems and to combine the company's information resources into a single pool and effectively manage them. A program for introducing a conceptual model as an element of digitization and increasing the efficiency of the project management process is proposed.
