Abstract
The article is devoted to the issue of improving the system of labor activity stimulation of higher professional education institutions teachers, which is a set of economic and regulatory and organizational incentives that have a direct impact on the motivation of the labor activity of employees, the implementation of which involves the creation of an incentive management department at the university, which will allow making decisions related to the material and non-material aspects of stimulating the work of teaching staff.
