Abstract

COVID-19 pandemic is considered the most severe infectious disease because of its rapid spreading. Early detection of COVID-19 may protect many infected persons. It's widely agreed that the early detection of the infected patient increases his likelihood of recovery. Radiologists still lack sufficient knowledge and experience for accurate and fast detecting COVID-19. The worst thing is that the significant overlap between Pneumonia symptoms, lung disease and COVID-19 confuses the radiologists. The earlier lung disease, pneumonia is closely related to Covid-19, as several patients died due to high chest congestion (pneumonia condition). It is challenging to differentiate Covid-19 , pneumonia and lung diseases for medicalexperts. X-ray and CT images are frequently used by radiologistsand physicians to discover lung diseases, Pneumonia and COVID-19. Deep learning efficiently generates models that produce more accurate results in predicting and classifying different diseases using images. In this research, a multi- classification deep learning model for diagnosing COVID-19, pneumonia, and lung cancer from a combination of chest X-ray and CT images is implemented.
