ACADEMICIAN I. A. ZYAZYUN IS THE CREATOR OF THE THEORY OF PEDAGOGICAL MASTERY

Abstract

Introduction. The article examines the problems of pedagogical mastery and the role of the creator of the theory and practice of pedagogical mastery, Academician Zyazyun Ivan Andriyovych, who claims that the mastery of a teacher is the highest level of the pedagogical activity, a manifestation of the creative activity of a teacher's personality. The functions and tasks of centres and laboratories of pedagogical excellence are also presented. The need to abandon the progressive-enlightenment, scientific paradigm of human education to the humanitarian- existential, noospheric, cosmological discourse of personality formation and development is revealed. The starting points of the concept of personally oriented pedagogical education in Ukraine are named. Purpose. To investigate the contribution of Academician I.S. Zyazyun in creating the theory of pedagogical mastery and its implementation in the educational system of Ukraine. Methods. Practical and observational methods were used. Results. Education is an important component of society's vital activities, it functions and develops according to its laws, and has a few characteristic properties, among which it is appropriate to note purposefulness, integrity, and interaction with the environment and other systems. The functions of education in a dynamic information society are thoroughly characterized by I. A. Zyazyun. The scientist convincingly proves that the functioning of education as a process involves multiple and multifactorial clarifications of initial goals, their technologization, and emphasis on new, perhaps still unknown, social development goals. In this regard, the importance of tasks related to the formation of self-realization qualities in youth in solving economic, political, ideological, scientific, educational, and educational state-building problems is increasing. Originality. The ideas of Academician I. A. Zyazyun and his scientific and methodological works on the problems of pedagogical mastery are widely implemented in higher educational institutions of Ukraine and institutes of postgraduate pedagogical education of Ukraine. Ivan Andriyovych's ideas have a future. Сonclusion. Academician Zyazyun I.A. claims that only a teacher who is a carrier of humane-oriented axiological qualities can educate a person of a new, democratic, civil society. He considers the mastery of a schoolteacher as the highest level of pedagogical activity, as a manifestation of the creative activity of the teacher's personality. In the teaching of I. A. Zyazyun, theoretical and methodological provisions and non-traditional didactic principles of pedagogical mastery were developed and substantiated. The centres and laboratories of pedagogical skills created by the scientist implement the main ideas and positions of the author of the above-mentioned theory.
