Abstract
The article is devoted to the analysis of the current state of legal support for the reproduction of natural resources as a result of amber mining. The relevance of the research topic is determined by the negative environmental consequences caused by the extraction of amber in Ukraine. This kind of nature management leads to the disturbance of balanced ecosystems, and also causes the partial or complete destruction of natural resources and the environmental protection functions they perform. In addition, the urgency of solving the outlined issue is due to the imperfection of the legal regulation of the reproduction of natural resources as a result of amber mining. The purpose of the article is the study of theoretical approaches to the characterization of social relations for the reproduction of natural resources as a result of amber mining, the analysis of normative legal acts of Ukraine on this issue, as well as the outline of directions for improving national legislation in this area. According to the results of the study, it was established that the extraction of amber really has a significant negative impact on the ecological state of the environment and natural resources, which requires a solution to the issue of proper legal protection of the reproduction of natural resources after taking appropriate measures. In this aspect, it is necessary to carry out the reclamation of the disturbed territories in order to return them to their natural state and restore the disturbed connections of the ecosystem. Reclamation of disturbed and degraded territories is one of the leading measures of reproduction of natural resources. But, alas, it should be stated that the legislation that regulates social relations in the field of reclamation needs further improvement and the preparation of relevant special legal acts.
