Features of criminal liability of minors

In the scientific article, the author examines the features of the criminal liability of minors. Recently, the issue of crime and illegal acts of minors has become increasingly urgent. Crime among teenagers is dangerous not only because of the specific results for the actions taken, but also because it shapes the consciousness and worldview, creates value systems and life orientations, habits and skills that match these actions and behavior. In addition, a juvenile offender, as a rule, is a kind of “reserve” for adult crime. Quite often, criminal behavior is preceded by delinquent behavior.
