PERSONNEL SECURITY IN THE ECONOMIC SECURITY SYSTEM OF AN ENTERPRISE

The article defines the features of personnel security in the economic security system of an enterprise. It has been established that the development and successful functioning of entrepreneurship in a market economy requires an effective staffing system. It has been established that the main goal of ensuring the economic stability of an enterprise is to achieve maximum stability in its functioning and create growth prospects and the basis for achieving business goals, regardless of objective and subjective threats. It has been established that personnel security is a priority component of ensuring the development of human resources and economic stability in modern conditions, ensuring such human resource activities as production, exchange and use of human resources. It has been revealed that personnel security is a component of the enterprise's economic security system, which is a set of socio-economic, managerial, socio-psychological processes aimed at protecting the enterprise's activities from threats created by the human factor. It has been determined that personnel security of an enterprise is a continuous process of human resource management in order to prevent external and internal impacts on the enterprise. It has been established that the personnel safety management system is aimed at identifying threats to personnel safety (risks) and minimizing them, for example, by identifying negative behavior, poor performance of tasks and operating technologies, unhealthy relationships in teams of departments of the enterprise, causes and conditions conducive to this. The main tasks of personnel security of the enterprise are highlighted. The requirements that must be observed in order to effectively manage personnel security are highlighted. Successful implementation of tasks to ensure personnel security of an enterprise is impossible without the use of a variety of economic instruments and means. Research takes into account individual ideas and some provisions, theoretical and practical aspects of economic diagnostics, monitoring of activities and analysis and assessment of enterprise development in today's realities. All this must be taken into account in the future for further research when improving the system and tools for diagnosing personnel security of an enterprise in modern conditions.
