THE PLACE OF THE INNOVATIVE COMPONENT IN ENSURING THE ECONOMIC SECURITY OF THE ENTERPRISE

The article reflects the place of the innovation component in ensuring the economic security of the enterprise. It has been established that the key condition for the innovative component of the economic security of an enterprise is the ob‑ servance and implementation of the interests of the enterprise through the direct creation of necessary and sufficient conditions to increase the likelihood of creating and using innovations for the development and implementation of competitiveness. It has been established that the effective functioning of the management mechanism for the economic security system of an enterprise presupposes the consistency of the general goals of the enterprise management system with other subject-­oriented manage‑ ment systems. It has been established that the innovative development of an economic security system is a complex task, the successful solution of which depends on many factors. It was found that increasing economic security based on enhancing innovative development directly depends on the investment capabilities of the enterprise. It is noted that the implementation of the mechanism for managing the economic security system of an enterprise in the innovation activity management subsystem requires in-depth attention of the management system both in the process of commercialization of individual innovative projects and in the conditions of long-term operation of the enterprise. It has been established that the use of innovative components to ensure the economic security of an enterprise not only has a positive effect on the competitiveness of a product or service, but also reduces the time and costs required for the production of these products or services, personnel management and market research. It has been determined that insufficient innovative activity of enterprises for a long time reduces competitiveness and threatens economic security. It is noted that the economic security of enterprises can be both the goal and the result of innovative development, which, in turn, can become a source of additional threats affecting the state of economic security. All this must be taken into account in the future of further research in the context of improving the system for diagnosing the components of the economic security of an enterprise.
